Doug has a really unique way of motivating and encouraging his staff to go that extra step in making sure that everyone who walks through the door is provided with great service! When asked what the story was behind the name of his restaurant, Doug told me that he likes to pay homage to the past business. Doug sees this opportunity of opening this restaurant as a way of building community in the Parkside area and being a part of people’s lives.
